Hot Rolled No.1 Surface Inconel 625 NS336 W.NR. 2.4856 UNS N06625 Nicrofer S 6020-fm 625 Plate Sheet Coil Strip

Alloy 625, commonly referred to as Inconel 625, demonstrates an excellent combination of corrosion resistance and high strength. Due to the high nickel content, N06625 Plate is immune to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. Inconel 625 Plate also has good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. HT PIPE offers W.NR. 2.4856 Sheet certified to both UNS N06625, 625 LCF and ATI 625 HP (UNS N06626). The 625 sheet meets the low-cycle fatigue properties specified in UNS N06626 and is also produced and certified as DDQ (deep drawing quality).

N06625 Plate has outstanding corrosion resistance and is used extensively in the oil, gas and petrochemical sector, particularly in sour service and sour gas applications. With excellent weldability and high tensile strength, NS336 Sheet also offers resistance to both sulphide and chlorides stress cracking. The alloy is normally supplied in the annealed condition. Alloy 625 has versatile resistance to corrosion which is outstanding, even in severely corrosive environments. The material also shows superior resistance to high-temperature effects such as oxidation and carburization. It is an excellent choice for seawater and sour gas applications.
