The UNS N06625 Sheets can be used as cladding material over other corrosive elements as well. The Alloy 625 strips are used as linings in larger structures and are used to produce pipes through welding. The Inconel 625 Coil is used in heat exchangers and boiler components because of their high temperature resistance. There are Inconel alloy 625 shim pieces applied in between two components for better tightening and the Alloy 625 Foil that is used where thin layer of sheets are needed. The UNS N06625 Sheets could be produced by different procedures and they could be alloy 625 cold rolled steel sheet if Inconel 625 plates are rolled under room temperatures or inconel 625 hot rolled plate if they are rolled at high temperatures. We supply the sheets and plates in different specifications and types such as the alloy 625 clad plate and other special types.

Applications

Components where exposure to sea water and high mechanical stresses are required.

Oil and gas production where hydrogen sulfide and elementary sulfur exist at temperature in excess of 150C.

Components exposed to flue gas or in flue gas desulfurization plants.
