UNS N08028 Product Description:

Nichrome 28 combines excellent corrosion resistance with extensive mechanical strength. They are widely used for downhole tubing in chemical processing plants and deep sour gas wells. Alloy pipe (ASTM B668 28) is offered for its strength at elevated temperatures and resistance to oxidation, carburization and other types of high temperature corrosion. Alloy tubing (ASTM B668 28) is critical to the hardness and high strength of these products. These chemicals include carbon, copper, silicon, chromium, nickel, sulfur, manganese and phosphorus. These tubes are even manufactured in a variety of sizes for perfect dimensional accuracy and the right fitting for industrial use.
