SMO 254 Stainless Steel Round Bars may be forged between 2100 Degree F /1900 Degree F (1150 Degree C /1040 Degree C). The versatility of SMO 254 Bars has led to its use in a variety of applications involving temperatures from cryogenic to above 2000 Degree F (1095 Degree C). SMO 254 Rods demonstrates good performance in high temperature nitriding environments. Stainless Steel 254 SMO Round Bars is used in Aerospace, Heat treatment, Gas Turbine components, Paper industry, and more.
