Hastelloy is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy, which is mainly divided into nickel-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. N10001 Plate has good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, and is used in aviation and chemical fields. Hastelloy is the general name for the commercial grades of nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys produced by Hastelloy International.

Hastelloy Plate is made of a nickel-molybdenum corrosion-resistant alloy, its main feature is resistance to boiling HCl corrosion, the N10001 Plate has good corrosion resistance under atmospheric conditions. Nickel-molybdenum alloy has very low carbon and silicon content. Nickel Alloy Steel Sheet reduces the precipitation of carbon and other impurity phases in the heat affected zone of the weld, so the weld seam also has sufficient corrosion resistance. NS321 Plate has good corrosion resistance in reducing media, such as HCl solutions of various temperatures and concentrations. Hastelloy B Sheet also has good corrosion resistance in medium concentrations of H2SO4 solution (or containing chloride ions). Alloy B Plate can also be used in CH3COOH and H3PO4 environments. Alloy materials have good corrosion resistance only in the proper metallographic state and pure crystal structure.
