Incoloy A286 Round Bar

    Incoloy® Alloy A-286 is iron-nickel-chromium based austenitic iron based material that also includes molybdenum and titanium. The alloy is known for its good strength and oxidation resistance especially at temperatures up to 1300°F (700°C).

Incoloy A286 round bar 


Incoloy® Alloy A-286 is iron-nickel-chromium based austenitic iron based material that also includes molybdenum and titanium. The alloy is known for its good strength and oxidation resistance especially at temperatures up to 1300°F (700°C). Some of the other important properties of Alloy-A286 include:

· Excellent fabrication characteristics

· High mechanical properties due to age-hardenability

· High ductility in notched sections

· Good creep-rupture strength during extended high-temperature exposure

· Can be produced by AOD reefing or vacuum induction melting

· Good for moderate corrosion applications in aqueous solutions
