UNS N04400 Sheets are sedated and heat treated in accordance with ASTM A387, which also specifies minimum and maximum levels of the following elements in steel: Chemicals of Carbon, Manganese, Phosphorus, Sulfur, Silicon, Chromium, Molybdenum, Nickel, Vanadium requirements, columbium, boron, nitrogen, aluminum, titanium and zirconium. A387 boards must undergo product, chemical and tensile testing (documented in the MTC or material test certificate) - must meet specific requirements for tensile strength, yield strength and elongation.

At the same time, we supply various types of alloy steel coils to our industrial customers, all of which are at least 99.9% pure. UNS N04400 Sheets have some excellent properties such as long service life, corrosion resistance, natural durability, etc. Monel alloy 400 has a specific gravity of 8.83, an electrical conductivity of approximately 34% IACS, and (in the annealed state) a hardness of 65 Rockwell B. Monel 400 Sheet with high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in a range of media including sea water, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, and alkalis. Monel Coil is used for marine engineering, chemical and hydrocarbon processing equipment, valves, pumps, shafts, fittings, fasteners, and heat exchangers.
