The nickel content of Nickel Alloy 825 Plate is sufficient to withstand chloride ions and stress corrosion cracking. UNS N08825 Plate has excellent antioxidant and non-oxidative thermal acid efficiency. After fabrication and pitting, the titanium content of the alloy continues to undergo intergranular shock. Alloy 825 Sheet is proven to be very weldable by all conventional mechanics.

 

UNS N08825 Incoloy 825 Plate contains small amounts of titanium, copper and molybdenum. Meanwhile, Incoloy 825 Nickel Alloy Plate has good mechanical properties in the medium to high temperature range and is hot worked from 1600 to 2150º F. Additionally, forgings of Incoloy 825 sheet should be air cooled or faster. Nickel alloy 825 plate is used for oil and gas well piping and nuclear fuel reprocessing. For maximum corrosion resistance, hot worked parts of Nickel Alloy 825 Plate should be stabilized annealed prior to use.
