1. Inconel 825, Incoloy 825 or UNS N08825 known as "Nickel Alloy 825" is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with small amounts of molybdenum, copper and titanium.

At the same time, Incoloy 825 Pipe is made of the most effective alloy choices for harsh environments. The Incoloy WERKSTOFF NR. 2.4858 Pipe is very useful in changing climates, especially in general and localized corrosion. The Incoloy Alloy 825 EFW Pipe in industries such as chemical processing, pickling operations, pollution control, acid production, nuclear fuel reprocessing, and radioactive waste disposal.

The ASME SB 423 UNS N08825 pipes produced are tested for several mechanical properties like tensile and yield strength, elongation along with both non-destructive electric and hydrostatic tests. These hot finished or cold worked ASTM B423 UNS N08825 pipes are well suited for use in applications that demand the need for general corrosion resistance properties. Regular welded pipes are susceptible to intergranular corrosion.

In addition, the most important aspect of this alloy is that Inconel 825 Welded Pipe can withstand environments prone to corrosion, such as pitting or stress-related cracking. The Alloy 825 Pipe excels in reducing acids such as sulfuric and phosphoric acid.

8. Incoloy 825 Pipes Packaging

Incoloy 825 Seamless Pipe may be furnished bare or coated and with capped ends. pipes up to 3” OD will be supplied in bundles. In order to prevent rust during sea shipment, bundles of Incoloy 825 Seamless Pipe may be wrapped with polypropylene sheets, and secured with flat steel bands. Over 3” OD will be supplied loose.
