   800H Welded Pipe (also known as WNR 1.4958 Welded Pipe), the chemical and petrochemical processing industries use these UNS N08810 welded pipes for heat exchangers and other piping systems in nitric acid media, especially where resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking is required. Power plants use them for superheater and reheater piping. Meanwhile, Incoloy 800, 800H and 800HT tubing is made of nickel iron chrome, which has good strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization under high temperature exposure. These nickel steel pipes are identical except for the higher carbon content in the 800H alloy and the addition of up to 1.20% aluminum and titanium in the 800HT.

In order to prevent rust during sea shipment, bundles of Incoloy 800/ 800H/ 800HT Seamless Pipe may be wrapped with polypropylene sheets, and secured with flat steel bands. Over 3” OD will be supplied loose.
