Nickel Alloy 800HT Plate is known for many of the same outstanding properties as Incoloy 800H. UNS N08811 Sheet has excellent resistance to oxidation, vulcanization and carburization. At the same time, alloy 800HT plate also adds up to 1.0% aluminum and titanium.

In addition to chemical limitations, both alloys are high temperature annealed, resulting in an average grain size of ASTM 5 or larger. The restricted chemical composition combined with high temperature annealing ensures that these materials have higher creep and rupture strengths compared to Alloy 800.
