TP347 Pipe:

Stainless Steel TP347 Pipes are fabricated using the type 304 grade of basic austenitic alloys with added components like columbium. This addition of columbium enhance resistance from carbide precipitation and give protection against Intergranular corrosion. ASTM A312 Stainless Steel 347 Pipe possesses better welding and forming quality and improved toughness and works best even in cryogenic conditions. Unlike 304 grade steel, the 347 grade of alloy has better creep strength and rapture properties. 347 Stainless Steel Seamless Pip also works best in extreme heat conditions and has an excellent high pressure bearing capacity. SS UNS S34700 Pipe has better toughness along with good overall strength.

Exhibiting to the chemical properties, it is seen that the metal is built from chromium and molybdenum. TP347 Pipe also contains columbium, which makes 1.4550 SS Seamless Pipe anticorrosive in nature with resistance from various crevice corrosion. While the other chemical components are similar to 304 grade of stainless steel. Its also has similar mechanical components, where the yield strength is 205 MPa and tensile strength is 515 MPa. This 347 Stainless Steel SMLS Pipe pipe is fabricated in various thicknesses ranging from 0.4mm to 30mm and has sizes ranging from 1/8" to 48".
